United Way of the Southern Tier is proud to announce the new officers on its Board of Directors, each committed to mobilizing the caring power of our community.

Nate Pizzini, general manager of Kennedy Valve in Elmira, has been named board chair. He replaces David Walker, senior vice president at First Heritage Federal Credit Union, who has completed his term as chair and remains on the board as immediate past chair.

Megan Hubbard, partner at MMB+CO, is the new board chair-elect.

United Way of the Southern Tier is grateful for the service of the following directors whose terms have recently ended: Elmira City Schools Superintendent Hillary Austin; HUNT Engineers, Architects & Surveyors Principle Josh Bezio; Corning Incorporated Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Hal Nelson; Socha Financial Managing Partner Jolie McCarthy, and Corning Incorporated Lead Counsel Payal Patel.
