If you lost or never received your W2, call the IRS at this number: (800) 829-0922. If the IRS does not have the information, an IRS representative will send a formal request to your employer to provide the W2 within 10 days.

Relief for Delinquent Taxpayers Suffering Hardship
The New York State Offer in Compromise program allows some taxpayers to get a fresh start by putting overwhelming tax liabilities behind them. Individuals who are bankrupt or who would not be able to pay for basic living expenses if the state pursued full payment of back taxes can work with the OIC to adjust the amount they owe.

Tax Relief for Flood Victims
